Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I literally woke up one morning with a terribly hangover and half eaten pizza box. I got up to go to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror and was wondering what I was doing with myself. I decided since that morning that I was going to completely change my life and I did!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love setting and achieving goals and I Love the fact that it is something that I can just do for myself and that what no one else thinks about it matters. I also strive on the euphoric feeling I get while lifting.
