I recently finished Kris Gethin's 12-Week Hardcore Trainer program. I really enjoyed it and I saw great results. Now I'm working his 4-Week DTP program. I've found that if I don't have a program I loose sight of my goals. Programs help me stay focused because they are a daily step-by-step road map.

0600 Cellucore C4, BCAA, green tea, black coffee

0830 1/2 cup brown rice, 4oz chicken

So This week, Sunday 12/30/2012, I'm starting Kris Gethin's 12-week trainer. I'm going to be using the following supplements:

MyoVite multi-vitamins

ALA

Glutamin

L-Carnatine

In addition to good nutrition and portion control I'm hoping to see some real good results.

Bladman83 Thanks Bob, I am. I want more now. I really wanted a six pack by the time I was done, perhaps the few times I strayed from the stricture of Kris's diet cost me...not sure. I thought I had lost a fair bit of muscle too, but working out his week with some of my old routines, I am pretty much where I was strengthwise as I was in December. Bladman83 I started with "zero to hero" to get me started. I did that for 3 months just to get me started. I am now changing it up for 4 weeks until the new year and then hopefully do Gethin's 12 week trainer. Looks intense. I just updated my workout program today on my public homepage.
