I recently finished Kris Gethin's 12-Week Hardcore Trainer program. I really enjoyed it and I saw great results. Now I'm working his 4-Week DTP program. I've found that if I don't have a program I loose sight of my goals. Programs help me stay focused because they are a daily step-by-step road map.

Supplements for the new program
So This week, Sunday 12/30/2012, I'm starting Kris Gethin's 12-week trainer. I'm going to be using the following supplements:
Dymatize Iso Whey protein
Hydroxy Cut Hardcore
In addition to good nutrition and portion control I'm hoping to see some real good results.

I read Rocky's story and I believe that if he can do this so can I. I am the only thing standing in my way of success.
