my training is going well. check out my progress I would love your feedback.... Well I am studying to be a CPT and have some milage under my belt but i am not so long in bodybuilding that I am a pro. I saw your profile and it seemed like you were looking for diet/workout/sup/motivation help , so I offered . I am really goo at beginner and intermediate training , thought you might want some help .
