When I Started:
Aug, 2005
How I Started:
I was tired of seeing myself going down that road of junk food, beer, and anything I could eat that tasted good. Also I had a few people tell me I couldnt get abs. Well I thrive off people that say you "cant" do something. I guess because they couldnt do it of failed then they think you cant. This "lifestyle" I guess you would call it becomes addictive and normal, untill you notice in 3 months you have packed on over 15 lbs. But do you truly see yourself like this in the mirror? I know I though i looked then same as when I was 170 lbs. till i compared the pics.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing how my body changes, I look better and feel healthier. I would also love to compete one day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its a great stress relief. I have a goal in mind and I will not stop till I get there. By the people that say I "cant" reach my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
loosing 33 Lbs. and around 10% BF.

actually the raw eggs come from the japanese origin of the dish and since you put the egg while the dish is hot, it tends to curdle up into some form of scrambled egg but yeah, scrambled or fried would still make a good gyudon!
