Been going to the gym for 6 years. Conditioning weight training. Sick of being a skinny weakling and got more serious after reading about training and nutrition.

Only pros: whole range of equipments and you are very far away from your couch or bed.

What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Good, smooth and sturdy equipments. A variety of free weights, cable and machines. Avoid smelly and dusty gyms. ;-P

Have been over trained and over worked in the gym and office. Love my job and training but too much of a good thing is bad for me i supposed. Was the strongest and biggest I ever been but felt ill and depressed. Thanks to my friend reminding me that I might be overtraining I stopped for 3 weeks...
