after a fzw weeks of lousy training and lousy diet due to a cold, I'm back to serious training and dieting

Taken after a cheat day yesterday. I put on some muscle in tha arms and shoulders, but abs are a bit less defined. Lighting wasn't too good either today

I have recently decided to concentrate more on arms and shoulders which I neglected for a time. Good shoulders are important for giving the illusion of that V-shape and making you look bigger than you really are. But you have to be extra careful not to be injured or else...

Last pics before my Ibiza vacations. I hope the 3 buffets a day won't spoil all my efforts of the last months. Let's say I'm beginning a clean bulking diet :-)

The lower body is still far behind, but little by little the legs are improving... Still a lot of work before they match the upper body...
