Taken after a cheat day yesterday.
I put on some muscle in tha arms and shoulders, but abs are a bit less defined. Lighting wasn't too good either today

I have recently decided to concentrate more on arms and shoulders which I neglected for a time. Good shoulders are important for giving the illusion of that V-shape and making you look bigger than you really are. But you have to be extra careful not to be injured or else...

The lower body is still far behind, but little by little the legs are improving...
Still a lot of work before they match the upper body...
