How I Started: I used to be a skinny and shy kid. One day I came across a picture of a bodybuilder and decided that's how I wanted to look
Why I Love It: It helped me keep me young and in good health and gave me more self confidence. I met my best friend through a BB forum.
How I Stay Motivated: I get in touch with BBers from the whole world to exchange ideas about diet, training, I read magazines and read BB forums. Watching how other people succeed in changing their physique makes me want to do the same and shows me you can do it if you really want it.
BB Accomplishments: Competing against myself to get the best physique I can get.
Fight age and be fitter now than I was before.
