DanieDharma Hey! Thanks for your comment! All the best to your endeavors! I treat abs like any other muscle (eg biceps). I train them 1s a week, and change exercises every month or 2. The only way to make them visible is to reduce the bodyfat covering them. Training only develops the abs. High protein diets, comprising complex carbs and low GI carbs, not exceeding more than 500 calories below your working metabolic rate, with moderate intensity cardio of at least 30 minutes will do the trick!
