it must be genetics then because you've done really well for urself so far. like you've said before, if you put on more mass in chest youd look awesome. My goals are to gain roughly 10-20 lbs of muscle and really get shredded in 2010 (like 8% BF) and just maintain that. My main areas of weakness are chest, shoulders and back. I think now that I've had a little less than a year of bodybuilding under my belt, Ive figured out the nutrition, training, and sleep aspect down, just time to execute!

Nice to see you eat only 10% of fats! Some dudes here are about 40% of good fats and I'm like... scared about it cause I don't wanna eat fat at all lol. Well you must be natural ripped if you don't have to worry so much about diet. Congrats, then!
