baz.87changed Weight from 196 lbs. to 197 lbs., a 1 lb. gain in 18 days
I'm now starting to get more cut,I'll put more photo's on as soon as I have time. I've stopped drinking and am eating as healthy as I possibly can. I want to lose almost all the fat of my stomach, which isn't that much, and just maintain the amount if muscle I have on the rest of my...
I do 2 cardio and 6 weight sessions a week. I usually do each musclegroup once a week. And do abs 3 times a week.
I always start with the compound movements like bench or shoulder presses for that particular musclegroup, then move onto lighter shaping moves towards the middle or end of...
Hey sorry for the late response, had a busy few weeks! How's everything going with you? Staying in Germany for Christmas or back to England? I've just arrived back in Spain after seeing friends in England and apparently the snows heavy over there! Hope you're having a good week.
Well the gym here is so weird, the french don't really value weights so much and the opening hours are really random. This also means no treadmills, but went running in the rain because I'd feel like a sellout if I didn't go in case I got wet haha. Actually I just took a few days off because I was so tired, but starting again tomorrow. So made any plans for this weekend/ the army made plans for you? Where do you lift out there?
I'm in Bordeaux which is near the south west coast. Weather at the moment is just like england - so rainy - so runs are looking much less inviting recently. How's everything over there? How's training?
So are you living in Germany longterm then? The PTI course I want to do is two weeks long, I'm not sure whether it's the same one the army do - how long was yours, and what did you do? It's basically just learning how to take sessions, plus you've got to be able to do everything yourself so there's a CFT, PFT and all the rest.
Yeah you must burn fat without even thinking about it there. I'm originally from Brighton, now living near Birmingham but my family lives in Spain (kind of complicated situation to explain) How about you?
Yeah I'm just doing my year abroad in France but will be back in the uk this summer. I bet you'd have to eat a ton to even maintain when you're on exercise so bulking must be really tough. I find loaded marches the worst...as I guess a lot of people do.
I'm still studying at the moment so joined the OTC and hoping to become a PTI there, then go into the military once I've graduated. Must be a great job if you're into bodybuilding too.
Thanks for the add - PTI is an awesome job. I'm trying to get a place on the course but have a hell of a lot of training to do first. Good luck with all your goals.
