Why I Love It:
I love the feeling when I get a good pump in the gym and can feel the blood running through my muscles. I also have always just liked feeling fit and capable of doing the things I want without struggling.

I do 2 cardio and 6 weight sessions a week. I usually do each musclegroup once a week. And do abs 3 times a week.
I always start with the compound movements like bench or shoulder presses for that particular musclegroup, then move onto lighter shaping moves towards the middle or end of...
lol, They have that actually piece of equipment at the gym I go to, so I wouldn't need a spotter for that. I did some of those the other day too, and they are harder than they look!
lol, I know, totally picking on you. I want to train them more, they have great shape, but not a lot of strength in them. I did standing calf raises for the first time the other day, and they are still a little tender, lol
