I was in search of a way that would not only transform the image of my body, but a continuous lifestyle change. Besides....who wouldn't like the added muscles.

I want to get down to about 220lbs/12% bf as my long term goal. As for my short term, I want to lose 10 lbs each month. I want to improve/ transform my overall health and participate in mixed martial arts and well as other things that I've robbed myself of.
