dodson954 Thank you man. This is what I do for my workouts. Day 1: Chest and biceps - 30 mins Cardio heart rate 135-145 Day 2: Shoulders and triceps - 30 mins Cardio heart rate 135-145 Day 3: Legs and back - Cardio optional, because many cardio machines will work your legs such as bikes or treadmills, and it would only be wise to do cardio if you are up for it and it won't completely deplete you. Day 4- 45- 60 mins Cardio heart rate 135-145 Day 5- Calves and forearm Day 6- 45- 60 mins Cardio Dec 17, 2011 3:05am

kurty8 so you didn't like the tast of purple wrath..i heard a few people say they don't, i like the grape, but maybe i'm just weired. It does work though.
