How I Started:
I was in search of a way that would not only transform the image of my body, but a continuous lifestyle change. Besides....who wouldn't like the added muscles.
Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
I want to change the person that I see in the mirror and pictures. I don't want to continue to do worse and lose my health or mobility. I need to make a change in my lifestyle.

Goal (Long):
I want to get down to about 220lbs/15% bf as my long term goal. As for my short term, I want to get down to 265lbs/25% by Sept 2009. I want to improve/ transform my overall health and participate in mixed martial arts and well as other things that I've robbed myself of.
My oldest son will be your age in 2 weeks, well here is help go to my video list and pick the one by Scooby man this guy is good. I'm working on definition now at 43 plus years.
