I have been a powerlifter for the past three years, and I have decided to try and transition myself into becoming a figure competitor.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the way it makes me feel inside and out. I am able to focus better, i have more energy, and i love the way it makes me feel about myself (just to name a few).
How I Stay Motivated:
My fiancee, Charles, helps me to stay motivated. It is very easy to lose sight of your goals when you have so many other things going on in your life. He helps me to keep a positive attitude and encourages me to keep moving forward when I feel like I can't.

(need to remember to smile haha i look frumpy)
this is how far i let myself go after a back injury from powerlifting.
get into shape for my march wedding! 5wk goal- lose 7 lbs (by my 19th bday!)
Goal (Long):
Being a powerlifter for the past three years, all i have really focused on was mass and strength. Now that I have decided to move on to become a figure competitor, my main goal is to define my body. I no longer want to have fat on top of my muscle.. I want a lean sculpted figure.
Hey girl! I'm one day out from my show in Plano. I know there is supposed to be bad weather, but if you get this in time and are free, the show is not far from Denton. If interested you can find more info at www.texasbodybuilding.com I know this is a late notice, I just thought I would throw it out there. Have a great weekend!
Hey lady! Thanks for the add!
Keep up the hard work, and be patient with your body as it crafts into perfection- not that you really have much to more crafting to do- you look great!
