Cardio = 30 minute walk. It actually was pretty nice outside today.
Full body routine: 3 sets each exercise
as many reps as I could manage with 15 - 20lb dumbells
db curls
overhead tricep extension
shoulder press
db rows
db bench press
stability ball...

i always feel like running until it comes down to the actually activity. I really want to start but at the same time I don't..lol. My weekend went good, lots of house work. hope your weekend went well

hey i'm all good, trainings going well, my backs fine at the moment but tends to screw up without any warning, its a lil dodgy at times, but strong enough to train :O) hows things with u ????
