i have always had an interest in fitness. i started liftin in june of 2007 before i joined the army in february of 2008 and havent been able to get back into the gym untill now.
Why I Love It:
its exciting to transform the body and watch yourself grow through the weeks.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated when i see a change in my physique. i take pictures at the end of every week and compare them to the weeks before, it motivates me to see the changes. its also motivating to feel that pump while working out.

no real big accomplishments

What calf workout has worked best for you?
to be honest i have been neglecting my calves and legs its hard to get to the gym with my job so when i go i like to work out what is more visible im sure you understand.

Hi! Your back is looking really good...something is working like a charm! I've just come off a heavy lifting rotation myself. I'm going to change it up a bit then go back to heavy mid to late January. Hope all is well in your world...
