i have always had an interest in fitness. i started liftin in june of 2007 before i joined the army in february of 2008 and havent been able to get back into the gym untill now.
Why I Love It:
its exciting to transform the body and watch yourself grow through the weeks.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated when i see a change in my physique. i take pictures at the end of every week and compare them to the weeks before, it motivates me to see the changes. its also motivating to feel that pump while working out.
just shredded beyond belief. incredable progress, as well as patient. he is someone i can learn alot from. just looking at him motivates me to continue to eat clean and lift hard. you dont have to be Jay Cutler's size to look incredable. and he demonstrates that with good size and incredable cuts. very motivating.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
to be honest i have been neglecting my calves and legs its hard to get to the gym with my job so when i go i like to work out what is more visible im sure you understand.

I have found that when you smile and keep yourself positive as corny as it sounds, people smile back and you feel THAT MUCH BETTER. Everyone goes through hard times, it is in what state you get through them that defines YOU as a person. Make YOURSELF happy and everything else has an uncanny way of coming together
