well i have had some trying times this past month and a half.  i found out that i was adopted and my grandmother past away all in the same month.  not to mention all of the financial stuggles i have endured over this past month and a half.  during that time i regret to say i have not...

hey man. looks like you have made some excellent progress. Would love to hear how you are doing it! I wanna gain mass and have muscle...this concept of putting on 'fat' to get there seems incongruent. Would love to get some advice from you!

Take it easy on that shoulder man, mines is hurting too I messed it up like 4 weeks ago and it still hurts. But yeah the training is going great I think, it has been 4 months now and I have put on 20 pounds. Well keep at in brother and be careful with that shoulder cause if you hurt your self to bad then you will not be able to train! ttyl man

I'm like 160 right now that's my weight first ting in the morning! Yeah I know what you mean about the kids, I have 2 my self. You can get protein from walmart for pretty cheap, go check it out or do what I do ask for gift cards. I asked for one to whole foods supermarket. Anyway keep up that training ttyl.

How has the training been coming along........Have not heard from you in awhile. Man I know I wanna beat you to the 200 mark but you need to start eating more protein that will help you put on that mass your looking for. Good luck man cause your gunna need it I've cause I have been averaging 2 pounds a week!

Dude you move up the weight scale yet? I don't think I put on shit this week. Plus I only went to the gym once this week cause I hurt my shoulder really bad. I think I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow. Dude I'm going to have to eat a horse to catch up. lol
