What chest workout has worked best for you?
starting off with a few low rep sets of barbell bench before heading into my other 8-10 rep exercises finally got my chest growing.

What leg workout has worked best for you?
8-10 sets for quads, 8-10 sets for hams. Each set is at least 10 reps, never lower.

I just had to comment on that Dragonball Z Vegita theme look you have goin there. Can you please tell me what program or application you used to make that? I would like to make something cool like that for myself :D I wont copy that style though. Im going to want to make like a big black hair or something thunderbolts or something.

Congratulations on an awesome career goal! Just be realistic, and remember even the most capable guys can get dropped from BUD/s for a random injury, so life as a "regular" Sailor is always a possibility.

I don't bulk\cut..I stay on a clean diet year round and gain lean mass slowly..seems to work great..it's just a lot of sacrifice and sometimes eating clean can get repititious, but it's all worth it in my opinion.

i think its usually 8-12 weeks. Check up with them to make sure that they are not encountering any delays. Alot of government offices from SSN, DL, Passports etc are all backed up. Check up with them on the status of your application. Are you still waiting to get a job at the Y? As much as they suck, get a job at GNC until you can get a real job as you will still get discounts there as an employee. Then I will hook you up with us.
