i started off lifting for football...not knowing a damn thing just lifting for no reason
Why I Love It:
i love getting bigger, i love the power and respect that comes with gaining muscle. i dont konw what i would do otherwise anyway.

i dont really have to motivate myself..theres just always been this insane passion to get bigger and stronger than the guy next to me.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i mix this up every week. this creates an intense muscle confusing environment. i havnt hit a plateau since i have done this
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
depends. on high rep days i rest very little to create an intense environment. on high weight days i rest a lot so each lift i have the energy to lift the maximum amount every lift
