I started in the late ninieties when I was 19. i was in the Army Rangers and wanted to be a better soldier all around. So I started lifting. I got fairly ripped but then broke my back. I gained weight immediately due to non ability to move. I weighed 325 at my fattest (1-2007).
Why I Love It:
It lets me release a lot of anger and stress I seem to pen up. I also makes me feel like I am doing something that most of the world doesnt. I am special!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at body in the mirror and the pictures of me when i was over 300 lbs. That always works.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to have 8 percent or less BF and weigh around 220 when its done and over. Then comes the maintenence.

This was the picture that made me get off my ass and get my ass off of me!
So I am down to 254 right now and taking the weekend off to go visit a friend. Hopefully the break will give me some time to refresh and reinvigorate. Hopefully, Ill lose some more weight while I am out because I do not want to weigh back in on Monday and be back at the dreaded 258. LOL
Hey bro I understand. Been busy as hell overhere too! At leasr you are still loosing. Good Job on getting down to 220'ish!!! Keep at it!
Also, just drop me a line from time to time to let me know you are still alive and kicking!
Talk about some killer results,89lbs is no small task, keep striving to your goals.I get motivation from seeing people like you making a great transformation for the better. For me I'm working just as hard, only 50 lbs for me this year and trying for another 25 lbs by 12-31....
Oh yea! Well, I used the machines and I'm not as weak as I thought. Although, there is mass room for improvement. Today I am so sore. I go back later today for my lower body.
Waiting for those progress pics and don't worry about the scale!
I am starting my new diet this weekend.
