I hit the gym hard today. I finally came up with a workout that includes all the exersises i want to do,and the muscles i want to work.
Military press/barbell/ 3 sets/10-12-15 rep. reverse pyrimad. Shrug with dumbel/75lbs. 3 sets 10 reps. Front and Lateral raise one exercise 3 sets 8reps. . E-Z Bar curls 3 set 10 reps each. Concentration curls 3 set 5-7-9 (heavy weight)reverse pyrimad Bench dips 3 set/7 reps each tricep pull downs 3 set 10 reps. . Leg Press 3 sets 10 reps Leg curl 3 sets 10 reps calve raises 3 sets 10 reps Leg Extentions 3 sets 10 reps Lunges 3 sets Glute kick-backs.

Reason I joined this BodyGroup: Looking for change. I have always wanted to complete a 12 week workout plan,and have never accomplished it. If i can eat clean,and workout for 12 weeks will be a win,and i will certainly take anything else that comes along with it. Members: 3856
