My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy

I hit the gym hard today. I finally came up with a workout that includes all the exersises i want to do,and the muscles i want to work.

Military press/barbell/ 3 sets/10-12-15 rep. reverse pyrimad.                                                                                   Shrug with dumbel/75lbs. 3 sets 10 reps.                                                                                           Front and Lateral raise one exercise 3 sets 8reps.                                                                               .                                                                                                                                                   E-Z Bar curls 3 set 10 reps each.                                                                                                       Concentration curls 3 set 5-7-9 (heavy weight)reverse pyrimad                                                             Bench dips 3 set/7 reps each                                                                                                                  tricep pull downs 3 set 10 reps.                                                                                                         .                                                                                                                                                   Leg Press 3 sets 10 reps                                                                                                                         Leg curl 3 sets 10 reps                                                                                                                               calve raises 3 sets 10 reps                                                                                                               Leg Extentions 3 sets 10 reps                                                                                                           Lunges 3 sets                                                                                                                                 Glute kick-backs.

batman67 How u guys do it, how 2 stay away from kfc,pizza,and burgers. I'm good,but i feel a breakdown coming. i don't want to give in . HELP

  • Bad carbs are foods that have been processed such as white flour and most junk foids. Good carbs such like whole grains, brown rice,sweet potatoes, fruits like bananas and apples. Consistently is the key...You got this!

  • @Newgirle Ok cool. I bought some sweet potatoes this week. My goal is to try to get better each week. I was able to workout each day this week. My diet was good,but could have been a lot better. Thanks.

  • Never even wait until tomorrow. If I mess up, I grab some water and start planning my next workout - change the mindset as soon as possible. No beating yourself up, unless it's at the gym!

  • I feel you. I let my diet get sloppy for one week and put five pounds back on in seven days. My lifting was good and I got in my cardio, but I can't out exercise my diet. We'll do better this week. Keep pushing.

Charbuilds Hey hows it goin and I see you said that u had a chicken fried steak try to stick to baked or grilled foods. I saw you haven't been getting to the gym as much as you want the that's ok just get your cardio in on those days 30 mins of something walking, bike treadmill what ever you like but do it. Your most important is to bring your body fat percentage down and weight down which starts with cardio and being under your calories burned for the day or close to it. Jan 28, 2013 5:18am
