Background

When I Started: Jan 1995
HOW I STARTED:

Started lifting as a youngster in junior high, but knew nothing about bodybuilding/nutrition. Did my first show in 07' and got addicted. I love the feeling of being an outsider. I love being DIFFERENT. Call me weird, but that's me. Bodybuilding and Fitness has given me so much direction in my life. I thank God-I am so blessed.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Got started bodybuilding in College...LOVE the challenge...every workout I get more and more excited about the progress I make. Love feeling healthy and always getting asked questions about diet/training etc. Personal Trainer with ISSA...have competed in 4 competitions and look to do more fitness modeling competitions in the future. LOOK OUT!

I know if I let up that the other guy will win my next competition...not me. I believe there is no other sport in which you must stay so disciplined. Sure, you have your sports like baseball and football etc...but nothing requires more MENTAL discipline than fitness and bodybuilding.

1st week of Cellucor Stack

Hey everyone, as you all know from my page the supplement company CELLUCOR has helped me out w/ my supplements and training. I have been taking their muscle growth kit for a little over a week now and I am up about 5 solid pounds. No bullshit. My diet is on point...training intense as ever...etc. Trying to put on a little size then rip up before the Arnold. My strength is up, abs still there no doubt, everything is going great. I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks, then dieting down to see the new muscle I packed on. I hope to keep this blog up to date every few days or so so all o...

doobz0326 hey bro I got some good news! I decided to compete for the first time in 2011. I am on a roll with my diet and workouts. Went from 17% bf to 13.5% bf in 6 weeks!b Down to 155! lost 30 pounds since I started training in 08 and 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks! I am posting new pics and stats every week (Sunday usually) would love your feedback and encouragement and any help getting prep'ed for comp you may want to give.
