I used to lift in high school for football but I hated it. I didn't plan on playing ball in college so I didn't see a point. But I would constantly see my older brother getting bigger and stronger. Then one day it just hit me. I joined a gym. I wanted to boost my confidence like never before.
Why I Love It:
Like I said before, I wanted to boost my confidence. More and more of my friends(and strangers too) are complimenting me on a regular basis. I'm almost getting a little too cocky cause of it. When I lift I feel really good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing someone at the gym bigger than me and/or lifting heavier weights. I consider everyone in the gym a goal to overcome. Also, compliments from friends and more looks from girls keep me wanting to hit the gym, train harder, and impress them yet again. I hate to sound like a jerk but my guy friends help me out too because they either train very little or not at all. This helps me stand out and want to keep it that way.

Not enough, I need more. Nothing seems to saitsfy. I don't want it, I just need it. To breath, to feel, to know I'm alive.
It's been over a year since my last post. What have I been up to? Of course I remained addicted to the gym and fitness. In fact I spent about nine months trying to create a figure similar to but better than what I had last week. I say ths because I've promised my coach a sacrifice of...well,...
Hey, man, you've made some awesome progress! You looked good before even working out....now you're just giving your genetics a boost. Keep it up, and good luck with your goal.
