How I Started:
I started working with weights when I was about 15 years old and fell in love with it instantly. I finally got a trainer when I was 17 after years of not knowing what the heck I was doing! He talked me into doing a show and the rest, as they say, is history...
Why I Love It:
I love to compete in general. So, after I was done playing sports in High School, bodybuilding was a natural transition for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is all of the positive feedback I recieve from this site and sites like it. My true passion is helping others reach their fitness goals through coaching and training. Seeing someone reach their potential really makes my 5am cardio sessions and contest diets all worth it!

I just wanted to give everyone a brief overview of what my competition workout and diet schedule looks like

WORKOUT

Monday- Chest

Flat barbell chest press-3 sets of 6-8 reps

Incline DB press-2 sets of 6-8 reps

Weighted Dips-2 set of 6-8 reps

Tuesday- Back

Pullups- 3 sets...
