Began lifting for fun around in middle school and got turned on.
Why I Love It:
feels great. The feel of muscle growth and knowing your getting bigger and stronger is the best feeling in my opinion. not to mention all the compliments you get from peopleI use working out as a stress reliever. I love going to the gym and taking everything out on the weights. Feeling youre body change is awsome!
How I Stay Motivated:
When other people notice my hardwork, feeling growth in every muscle,
i workout my muscles fairly quickly during my workouts with about 45 seconds or less of rest between each of my sets. This in my opinion gives me a cardio workout at the same time as a muscle building workout.
