Yeah. I like Gold's. The one on Speedway that I go to is open 24 hrs. There are some other bodybuilders that work out there too, and occasionally Dave Henry will blast away there. They have DBs that go up to 150 and quite a few cardio machines.

i naturally have big traps, but i like to do shrugs on the smith machine, 12 with the bar in front superset w/ 12 with the bar behind me. lighter weight and really squeezing.

for overall health, 1.5-2lbs per week should be your aim. i stay pretty lean, so i only have to diet between 6-8 weeks. what's your cardio look like right now??

i pretty much mixed and matched different diets depending on how i felt and looked. kept the fats pretty high, not as high as keto. kept my carbs between 75-150g/day. protein around 300g

when i weighed 142 it was the day before a contest so i was dieted down. In order to gain weight I just ate and ate and ate. Good clean foods though. If you're looking to gain lean mass, try getting a 5:4:1 - carb:protein:fat ratio in your diet. It's worked really well for me.

Freak Fix worked OK. It tastes really good, but is fairly expensive for the amount of servings you get. I like Syntha-6 more.
