Yesterday was back day.... Included two kinds of BB Rows, Knee HIgh Rack Pulls, DB Rear Laterals, and shrugs.... been using the 7 sets method on my last couple workouts ... its the bomb B!!! My Back has been progressing faster than any of my other bodyparts...

Hey bash, remind me again which advice you used of mine. I'm on so many threads, I can't keep them straight. Some things may work for you, some may not, but keep an open mind, and don't be afraid to experiment. That was the best advice I was given when I started lifting, and I was a hella skinny mo-fo.
