How I Started: I was carrying around extra fat from powerlifting and playing football throughout high school.
Why I Love It: My obsession is no longer being huge, but rather, being lean and healthy.
How I Stay Motivated: just doing it.

545 pound squat age 18 and 197 lbs.

This is why I made a lifestyle change. Diet started at 215 lbs. Christmas Eve '07.  No Flex, Relaxed, 10 Hours post workout so no pump or anything

Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Goal Two: Build up slowly (In-progress)
Goal (Long): On December 24th of '07, I decided to start a drastic cut cycle. On February 16th, I had lost about 40 pounds of total body weight (215 to 175), most of it being fat. I proceeded to gain some of it back between february and march of '08, but got back on track and have built a lean physique. Now I'm focused on building lean muscle day by day, week by week.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Anywhere from 8 to 5 for strength and size. I find that this "reppage" recruits the most muscle fibers judging by the pump I get.

I rest a good minute in between sets of most exercises. I can't perform with the same weight or an even heavier weight without a full recooperation from the previous intense set.
