i was playing summer league and my first 4 at bats i rope them to the 370 sign. Every time i got back to the dugout my team mates gave me shit about my strength. During that off season i buckled down and got serious
Why I Love It:
i love the pump and i love watching my gains
How I Stay Motivated:
i love that theres no way out of working hard in the weight room. You either work your ass off and get huge or u screw around and envy the other guys

um... i would say just because when i started lifting i could barely do the 25s 10 times .. when i did the 225 the first time

Hey man. Things are going well here. My boy is having some problems following through and getting through his workouts. He has trouble focusing. Congrats on everything with baseball. Maybe we'll see you in the majors one day :)

Hey dude. Thanks for the advice the other day. He started a bodyspace and had me take all his measurements etc. So I think the boy is into it. But he's so small that he gets anxious :) How is your training coming along?
