i worked out on and off for a few years but stopped during baseball season...i have become obssessd with body building
Why I Love It:
i love puting up heavy weight, especially when my bench and squat go up

baseball and watching body building online especially on this site

bench has gone up from 215 to 240 in a month

this was taken last summer not much of a difference becuase i had stopped lifting during baseball...not going to let that happen again
