i worked out on and off for a few years but stopped during baseball season...i have become obssessd with body building
Why I Love It:
i love puting up heavy weight, especially when my bench and squat go up

me last summer me at one sevednty five
this was taken last summer not much of a difference becuase i had stopped lifting during baseball...not going to let that happen again
this was taken a few weeks ago, a few pounds lighter than i am now
