Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Never

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
Asthma, and a rare non-degenerative back disease
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Helps tremendously. Lower back pain is gone, stronger back overall. Better posture. Asthma isn't something I've particularly noticed since I was 12-13.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Dude, you're totally right. I just wanna quit my job and workout twice a day... If I could get sponsored, life would be gooood. Speaking of, when you starting your bulk? You starting to look like a POW!!!

i am very intrigued by the warrior diet. is it as simple as eating two pieces of fruit per day during the undereating, and eating your typical meal until you feel you are thirsty or do u have to cook certain foods a certain way and follow the book as best as u can to all the rules he outlines? everything is intriguing to me except the organic foods part and buying all that food.
hard to say - for us, we lost a lot of bodyfat but didn't measure it before or after. I think it will do anybody at any level a lot of good. I also think it would be a real boost for the competitive athlete trying to shed that last 1 or 2 percent that just won't budge.
