I want to lose fat so I can become faster. I also want to get more muscle definition, including a six-pack.
Goal (Long):
Spring Goals: Ride 1000km outdoors in February, Ride 3000km outdoors in March, Start 20-week running program in March.+++++
Besides getting a more muscular physique, my goal is to improve my cardiac capacity, lung capacity and overall speed.+++++
I want my bodyfat to drop below 8% permanently, not just by fluctuation.+++++
I want to improve my 10k running time to below 45 minutes.+++++
I want to improve my cycling power to 300W average.+++++
I want to improve my swimming speed to the level I had when I was swimming competitively before.+++++
2009 GOALS:
Vineman 70.3 in under 6 hours.+++++
SF Marathon in under 4 hours.+++++
I am starting to get antsy for 2009. My race season this year finished relatively early, so I have definitely fully recovered by now. I signed up for the first two bigger races in 2009, Vineman 70.3 and the San Francisco Marathon - didn't want to be left out when they sell out. Probably gonna...
That is an amazing height. muscle for me is slow to show. I could wear my highest heels and still you'd be taller - not something I run into. Best wishes for a good week for you!
