Bartlesville Hs Attended 1996 to 1998 Bartlesville, Oklahoma United States
When I Started:
May, 2001
How I Started:
Working out at Gold's Gym in Fairfield, California.
Why I Love It:
It makes me push myself to limits physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
First, I think about my wife and the sacrifices she makes for me pursuing this lifestyle. Secondly, I think about past shows and also of friends that have already received their pro cards!
BB Accomplishments:
In 16 weeks I went from 225 lbs. down to 170 lbs. for my first Bodybuilding show.
Here we go again! If it ain't steroids, if it ain't ephedra, let's see... HYDROXYCUT! I myself have taken Hydroxycut Hardcore for 5 to 6 months at a time on several different occasions and never did I have any problems. I believe where we start seeing problems is when people do not follow...
