My motivation comes from my life long wish to be BIG. My everyday motivation come from my boys getting older. I want my boys to be in great shape as well but they are gonna have to work at it if they want to be like ther old man. I also just want to live a long and healthy life and this is a way to do it.

Im doing ok thanks Barry. Had another week of poor health which cost me a lot of ground but Im making it up again. Doing better now. I see you've not been well, I hope the steroids help clear everything up quickly. All the best man, thank you!
