At the moment i am working shift work during the summer before returning to University. I do two days intense training and then i am working two days so i use those as recovery days.
My program typically consists of long sprints at the moment and then the same sprints but with ball skills included.
Then i am working, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, lower back, and rhomboids to increase strength and power aswell as obvious toning etc
I am also working with single leg squats, seated box squats, deadlifts and step ups with weights to increase my sprinting and jumping higher! |
