I really want to pack on a good 10-15lbs of lean muscle by summer 2009. I have a lot of trouble gaining weight- I've been at 137lbs for a while - I'm talking a good year. Any tips or help would be very much appreciated.
New pictures up! Comments welcome! been focusing on upper body, especially chest, lately. Gained definition/mass in my back,shoulders, and chest I think. My midsection seems to be getting shredded too! DO WORK CREW!

The MASH was a great time!!!!!!!- got 4th place in the lights and I am pleased.... the competition was really TUFF...so was nice to see how I fare against a larger class..... now working to do the Buckeye on 4/17 and then the TriState on May 5/15/9..
