Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to start working out to lose weight. I was really overweight. I was 240lbs in the 10th grade. I hated feeling that way I did. I never felt good in anything I wore. I would also eat obsene amounts of any kind of food I liked(which is everything). I would eat until I had was stuffed to the gills everytime I ate. I loved food. One day I guess I just looked myself in the mirror and something clicked, I can't really recall. It was so sudden, I knew I was fat and I was going to do something about it. So I started working out hardly eating anything and ran everyday. I would do insane amounts of push-ups, crunches, running on my toes, running backward, forwards, high-knees, movements with light weights in my hands anyway my body would move until I could hardly hold the weight anymore, anything to work off my fat. In about 6 months time it all paid off. I got compliments from alot of people and when I started school back up after the summer, more compiments came rollin' in. I was now 170lbs with a six pack. I had lost 70 lbs in 6 months. I literally saw myself at one point waking up so excited to weigh myself every morning because I was getting lighter and leaner everyday. I may have not done it in the most healthiest way(from not eating much) but I did it and I felt undescribebly really good about myself......And that's how it all started.............(Note: I take proper nutrition very seriously now and you should too. The right kinds and balance of food is fuel not your enemy.)

WHY I LOVE IT:

Who doesn't like looking good and feeling good at the same time. I think it is unique that people can put so much of their efforts into something so good for your body...your ultimate investment is your body and what you choose to do with it. What so unique is people see and want alot of things but what they can see is sometimes alot different than what they actually have. It's all mind. That's where it starts. You have to make up your mind to do something spectacular with your life. No matter what stands in your way...no excuses...no lies...not just thinking about it...and just not going half way. Half Way? That doesn't even sound spectacular. Take a chance and push some limits. ALL THE WAY...NO MATTER WHAT. I choose building my body for life.

My Motivation Program

Hmmmm.....EVERYTHING. My family and knowing they're behind me no matter what. Knowing I am doing good for myself physically and mentally in so many ways thinkable and unthinkable. My wife...c'mon who doesn't love a hot bod. In a way I feel bad for this one but the onlookers motivate me. To a person that doesn't set goals in their life and has no motivation to do something great in life makes me feel so good that I am who I am for me but it also makes me want to stop and just lend out a helping hand. But who is waiting for the rest of the world...I don't have forever.
