How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form is probably the single most common cause of injury.After that I'd guess what happened to me is pretty common aswell,training alone can be dangerous when you can't make that last rep and you'...more

It's great, but save it for hardcore gyms not the local fitness suite!

OK deffo feelin better, stomach pains subsiding, working normally again , looking forward to mondays workout as I should be 100 percent ready by then, it's been a strange week, think I've had stomach flu..  :(

everything is OK my gain slowing down in last few week...i change my routine this week now is 4 days like the old one , but in superset 60min max..i believe my result are better like this........
