What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It's great, but save it for hardcore gyms not the local fitness suite!
OK deffo feelin better, stomach pains subsiding, working normally again , looking forward to mondays workout as I should be 100 percent ready by then, it's been a strange week, think I've had stomach flu.. :(
Things are going well!! Just closed on a house and I'm in the middle of moving. I'll probably be off-line until after the holidays so I hope your Christmas is a happy one!!
everything is OK my gain slowing down in last few week...i change my routine this week now is 4 days like the old one , but in superset 60min max..i believe my result are better like this........
