Getting the recommended amount of water each day... is really important for the waist line. Also, cardio to strip away the fat and making sure to breathe correcting when doing abs. 80 % is diet.

hey bro, thanks man..
so do high reps, do like 12 sets per bodypart..
4 movements and 3 sets each..do the 1st and 3rd reps as 12's, do the 2nd sets of 10 but do them as negative reps..
