Very very well thank you. I've lost 75lbs and I'm trying to put on some solid mass & keep the bf% droping. How is everything with you? You look great!

Here's a question for you. Since you are a body builder and participate in competitions, do you feel that the judges deduct marks for symmetry because of your tattoo's? Just curious to know. Lookin' good!

Things aren't too bad. I'm really happy with my weight loss and inches lost so far. I'm going to be updating all of that stuff again this weekend. Other then that I'm just taking it a day at a time. Any big plans for your holidays?

What have you done differently to drop the extra body fat percentage? That profile pic isn't that recent.. To be honest I think it's about 4 months ago.

Oh that's the thing... it is actually healthy. It's not something thats going to kill me in the long run. The only thing I started doing was eating for a purpose and not pleasure & cut out the booze. I started training harder with extra cardio. I can really notice the weight slowing down now, so I'm guessing it's a lot of water weight.

Things are going really well. I've lost 24lbs in 4 weeks, So I'm pretty happy with the weight loss. It's great to have a diet that I actually enjoy too. Well I hope you have a great week & I'll talk to you soon!

omg yes! Gotta love da bears! I would love to watch a Packers and Bears game. Great rivals! But I could pretty much tell you the outcome right now with Jay Cutler as the starting QB! lol

Oh you never know. You might enjoy it once you get good at it. I know I did. But then injury's and what not keeps me doing more intervals then anything. What do you do for cardio now?
