pecto YES its strange because the scale change just a littlebit but the physical change dont stop...i belive im at the same stage than you...the only thing im worry its the BF%...its so hard to go down i need to lose approx 5 lbs for lose 1%..im shure i need to go down at 200 for having great result. after its more easy to count the muscle weight i was add....dont stop Matt you doing a great job......
