Goal (Short): to be the best I can and to live for the moment and to cut down to 11% bf by july
Goal (Long): before 2002 I was in good shape I had a back surgery and had a lot of problems after.in feb of 07 I started to work out a little I was 237 pounds and gaining in a year I have loss 30 pounds and my back is somewhat better my goal is to become riped and get back to my old self I have a long way to go but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb

Hey, sorry I have been out of touch, problems. I can't use my cell, because my husband keeps track of all calls. He just went back on the road yesterday. He drives truck cross country and is only home a couple of days a month. I take it you can't really talk on the computer? How is it going with you? I will talk to you later.

Workout is going good, rough time with the husband and I ate mor than I should of for a few days, but I am back on track. My weekend was a lot of work and I had a yard sale also. Kind of down I will talk to you later.

Have fun fishing. The training is going good. It snowed here last night. Can you believe snow at this time of the year. It didn't stay, but still.All my old clothes are starting to fit again. I got some new jeans and they were a size 4. That made me smile. Talk to ya soon!

All right 7 pounds, that is great! I am still doing really great on my eating. Glad all is good with you. Are you doing anything special for memorial weekend? Hey whats up? My computer went down with a virus, I had to delete the whole hard drive and build it back up. So now I am back. What happened to you? Are you okay? Everything is going okay here. Hi! Yes I had an amazing time on my trip!! Japan was everything I could have imagined and more! I'm still trying to get refocused on training...but not competing again until possibly fall. So no huge rush yet! lol. Hopefully if all goes well moving in July!! How are you doing?
