When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: I started back working out about a year ago. I've done cardio off and on all of 2007 and really steady since October of that year. I have recently found a weight trianing partner and have been lifting again since February 4, '08.
Why I Love It: I love the way it makes me feel. Hopefully, someday I can say I love the way it makes me look, too.
How I Stay Motivated: It's still early in the game for me, so motivation is not a factor at this point. I'm seeing some good gains in my body weight and the weight that I'm lifting, so that's been doin' it for me so far.

Welcome to lifting! So you're a drug/alcohol counselor eh? Both of those are vices that I avoid by working out and eating healthy. The better I feel, the less I want to f*** it up by being stupid! Good luck.
