How I Started:
I've always like to do sports and exercise, but as soon as i started working i have no sports to practice so the exercise was gone and i started to eat junk food but instead of gaining weight i started losing weight.
Why I Love It:
Its like the hobby that clears my mind and takes my stress away. very peaceful.

when i started in college i went from 130 lbs to 165 lbs. got a little bit buffed and i was feeling strong!
My ideal weight is 185 lbs, im too skinny and i feel the need to have a balanced body, i dont need to impress anybody but myself, i know i can reach certain levels so im determined to do so.
