How I Started:
I've always like to do sports and exercise, but as soon as i started working i have no sports to practice so the exercise was gone and i started to eat junk food but instead of gaining weight i started losing weight.
Why I Love It:
Its like the hobby that clears my mind and takes my stress away. very peaceful.
How I Stay Motivated:
thru mirrors! lol

when i started in college i went from 130 lbs to 165 lbs. got a little bit buffed and i was feeling strong!

When i was in school i played in every sport, while in college also, when i started working i started going to the gym to exercise and it felt great, but recent years ive lost that...
