When I Started: Jun 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I've never been happy with my body (my ENTIRE life). I'm 30...it's time!

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's a natural high! It's hard work, but man do I feel AWESOME afterwards!

Here I Go Again...Who's with Me?!

Today's the day!  I'm starting again!  Thanks to the Challenge....I have some major motivation (and my photograpsh...ugg)!  Here I come BB.com 100k challenge! 


I believe in me....do you believe in you?  Hope so, Let's do this!  My problem, meal prep.  It's tough with 2 small children (10 months and 3 years old)  Anyone out there have some suggestions!  I need food that tastes good!  Marinade suggestions?  Plain Jane, I can't do...wont' stick to it...I need flavor!

Cortisol Confustion!

Just read the article about Cortisol and how it tends to be "high" in people with large mid-sections.  Well, that's where most of my fat has decided to reside.  Sooooooo, what do I do?   If I continue to eat right and exercise will it (the fat around my mid-section) go away, EVER?  I'm more confused after reading the article.  Any suggestions?
