I started working out because I have two daughters who needs a mom to be around for as long as possible. I am thinking like till I am 98?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Half hour of arobics and a half and half one hour of brisk walking and light jogging.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: weight training ,for legs, arms, and 45 minutes in the pool.
Congrats on the 4 pound weight loss! You can do it. Here is the secret... if you MAKE time for fitness you will actually have more energy for everything else in your life. It just has to become a priority. Just go to bed a little earlier and do it first thing in the morning. Try that for 21 days and then you'll see how it feels and you'll be addicted to your new habit!
