I started working out because I have two daughters who needs a mom to be around for as long as possible. I am thinking like till I am 98?

So this is harder then it looks to be!! I am hoping to win however, staying on track when you have group outings is so hard.  They are all having wings and pizza and I am sitting there having salad.  My tummy is telling me that the wings and pizza would be so much better but I know that I have...

Congrats on the 4 pound weight loss! You can do it. Here is the secret... if you MAKE time for fitness you will actually have more energy for everything else in your life. It just has to become a priority. Just go to bed a little earlier and do it first thing in the morning. Try that for 21 days and then you'll see how it feels and you'll be addicted to your new habit!
