How I Started:
I started working out when I was in HS. I threw shot and was a starting OT for my football team. Went to college and did shot for a year and that was it. When I graduated I looked at my pictures and was DISGUSTED and ASHAMED with how obese I was. I tipped the scale at 312lbs that July. By that point I already went for a 52 inch waist to a 48 inch waist. Once I started controlling my diet things started to improve

How I Stay Motivated:
See results one day at a time. Bodybuilding has taught my patience. People make the wrong decisions or are not willing to alter their strategies to meet their goals
