Thought it looked like stone, but the way your shirt was rubbing on it told me it was either very heavy or made of rubber (and obv. it was heavy). Cool dude I have always wanted to go to the Arnie!!!

Watched the youtube vids you have up man, you totally had more for the standing press than 160lb, I think 185 wasn't out of the question! Also, what was the ball like in that Arnold Classic video, what was the material? Rubber? Stone?

Just saw your post on the 20-rep squats. Awesome work. You think its advisable to add in a set of curls and close-grip bench if arms are lagging? Also, the programs dont have direct calf work?
