everything organic.currently im trying anywhere from low carb to no carb to try and lean out.i was addicted to muscle milks for a while and gained about ten pounds.

i use lots of stuff.mostly i like extreme speed stacks in fruit punch and N.0.EXPLODE in lemon lime.i drink them thirty minutes prior to every workout.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I've got some decent recipes. I eat for taste not fuel, like some. I just cant choke down protein pancakes - ick! but tell me what normal foods you like (regardless of calories etc) and I'll send you a couple easy recipes that are low carb AND taste decent!
