How I Started:
i got a job working maintinance for a gym. After realizing how out of shape i was and how it made me feel i decided to do something about it. i got tired of being the "chubby" kid. i sarted setting small goals for myself cause i knew if i tried to look at to big of a picture i would get overwhelmed. what started out as a small chance grew into a passion. one that pushed me every day to get bigger, more defined, and stronger. i swore to myself that i would never go back to being that chubby kid
Why I Love It:
It gives a purpose to my everyday life. that feeling i get from the minute i take my pre-workout supplements till im walking out of the gym is what i wake up for.
How I Stay Motivated:
every morning i wake up and look at myself in the mirror, not flexing, not puffing up my chest, just standing there and i think to myself; i can be stronger, bigger, leaner, and more dedicated than the day before. I drive myself everyday to be better. My girlfriend brynn supports me everyday, putting up with my eating habbits, and consistent timing of training, she's always there pushing me to do better in every aspect of my training/ life, and that motivated me to.
