I've been pretty consistent doing the Ab Ripper 3x's a week. My stomach looks better than it has in years. I still have work to do on it though. The workout kills me every time too and I still can't straighten my legs for the feifer scissor and heals to the heaven. I have to work on my flexibility. I don't have any lol. How you doing with it?

Hey Brad, glad to see your back is healing. Just a thought on not making it to the grass. Maybe you need to stretch more, your muscles might be too tight. I know I could use some more flexibility.
