After seeing the twin towers fall and seeing the people who did it worked out before they got on the plane I decided if I was ever in that position they weren't gonna take me without a fight. Now it's just become part of my life.
Why I Love It:
Like the new look and the way it feels.
How I Stay Motivated:
A friend of mine from work keeps me going if I don't feel like it. Most days I'm good to go though.
I went to the gym for the first time today. I'm still a little intimidated by the place. Don't want to look like too much of an idiot as I'm trying to figure out what some of the machines do. Mental note don't do chest on Monday it seemed like everyone in there was doing chest. Saw and heard...
Hey Gary,
Yep I go to the one in grand central, and it pretty good! Lately we been getting the heavier crowd do to the resolutionist, but that will die down soon! Has a lot of regular and some serious lifters! That's a plus, good spotter!

I hear you. It is tough. What I do is make huge dinners then after dinner I pack up all the leftovers in ziplock containers in the right portions to take to work the next day. As soon as someone waves a treat in my face I go have a green tea to keep my mouth and hands busy until my next meal. Take care.
I am flexible to go to the grass, but the deeper we go on squats, the more stress on the knees, which is why I haven't pushed for depth. Parallel should be enough, I hope.
I added pullups to my back routine about 6 weeks ago as a warm up exercise. Right now I have only been doing wide grip pullups. I plan to add weighted pullups after I reach a goal of 50 pullups in only 2 sets. When I first started it took me 5 sets to do 50 reps, as of this past tues. it only took 3 sets. Progress!!!!!!
