How I Started: was very heavy when i was younger so when i decided i wanted to lose it(teen pressure), i joined the gym, got to a weight i was happy with! kept goin now n again..
Why I Love It: you get the best sence of confidence/motivation when finished a session in the gym.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
not using proper form..
or just goin too hard with certain exercise

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
pulled a muscle in my left lower back.
was in out of the gym for bout 10-14 days.. every movement was sore!
rested for tat time..
very carefull now when doing lwr back..
